Your first visit

    We ask about your dental and medical history, including any medicines you take.

  2. A full check

    Your dentist checks your teeth, gums and the rest of your mouth, and takes X-rays if they're needed.

  3. Plain English

    We explain what we found. If anything needs treatment, we go through the options and the costs with you.

  4. Your decision

    You can take time to decide. Claim on your health fund before you leave with HICAPS.

Bring your health fund card and a list of any medicines you take.

Where is The Dental Studio?

We're at 1 Sigatoka Place, Clear Island Waters QLD 4226. We're open Monday to Thursday 8am to 6pm and Friday 8am to 4pm, and closed on weekends. Call (07) 5526 0111 to book or ask a question.

Do you accept my health fund?

Yes. We accept all private health funds and you can claim on the spot with HICAPS. How much you get back depends on your level of extras cover, so check with your fund. We're a preferred provider for Medibank, HCF, nib, Bupa, Smile.com.au, CBHS and Teachers Health networks.

How much does a check-up and clean cost?

An adult check-up, scale and clean is [checkUpTotal] before your health fund rebate. With extras cover, you may pay less on the day. Children who are eligible for the CDBS are bulk billed.

Can I book online?

Yes. Use Book online to choose a time that suits you, or call (07) 5526 0111 if you'd rather talk to someone.

Do you see dental emergencies?

Yes. Call us as early in the day as you can. We prioritise emergency appointments and will try to see you as soon as we can during opening hours. After hours, call 13 HEALTH on 13 43 25 84, or 000 if you have trouble breathing or swallowing.

Do you see children?

Yes. We see children from their first visit through to their teenage years, and we bulk bill eligible children under the Child Dental Benefits Schedule.

We bulk bill eligible children under the Child Dental Benefits Schedule. For adults, we accept all private health funds and claim on the spot with HICAPS, and we offer payment plans through humm, Afterpay and Zip.
